Personal Information
During the registration process we will request your contact details. From time to time we may use your details for marketing purposes. At your discretion we may also ask for additional personal information as part of a promotion/competition.

Use of Information
By registering with Multicard the user agreed with our general terms and conditions. This means you agreed that we can communicate with you via email about products/offers that may be of interest to you. You may at anytime unsubscribe from Multicard by sending an email to us with 'unsubscribe' in the subject line. On receipt of an email Multicard will cease to send any additional communication to the client's account.

Where it is deemed appropriate, Multicard may provide information to carefully vetted third party companies whose products or services we believe may be of interest to you. You have the option to opt out of this during the initial registration.

From time to time we may perform analysis on our member and transaction databases. The results of this analysis may be released to third parties, but only in aggregate form and will contain no personal information at all.

Tracking
Multicard uses cookies to monitor viewing and use of the site. These also assist with ensuring the site is easy and straightforward to use, and provides many personalized features. End users can generally alter the settings of their browser not to accept cookies, thus ceasing the viability of any tracking facilities. Doing this should not, in most cases, alter any of the features on our web site.

Passwords
Access to certain areas of the site is password protected and Multicard will not, under any circumstances release details of this to third parties. Details are only released when we receive an email from the email account of the member. If you have forgotten your password, please email us.

Multicard applications and client data are securely hosted in secure outsourced data facilities with both secure logical and physical access systems ensuring the utmost protection of data and maximising up time.

We reserve the right to access and disclose individual information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests. We also reserve the right to disclose individually identifiable information to third parties where a complaint arises concerning your use of this web site, and where that use does not comply with our terms and conditions.
