Mybility published positive annual report Beltax
At the end of last year all Beltax users in Lansingerland received a survey, in which they could indicate how satisfied they were with the service. More than half of the users responded to the survey. The results were recently discussed by the city council. The report shows very positive results. The overall satisfaction is good, which shows in an average mark of 8.6.
Beltax users where involved with transport coordinator Mybility, who took responsibility for the daily execution of the Beltax system. In future, the system should be even more consumer friendly due to the many changes have taken place.
In spite of a turbulent year, the high response rate (50.4% of all users) shows that users are very involved with Beltax. The results of the survey are very promising. The overall satisfaction resulted in a 8.6 average. Points of interest for 2009 are information services to customers and customer complaints handling. 8 respondents said to be unhappy with the handling of their complaint. 7 of the complaints were filed with the driver/transporter, 4 with the city council, and 1 with Mybility. The transport coordinator has been responsible for complaint handling as of May of last year. We expect the complaint handling will be more structured this year.
