Multicard launches successful Mybility Fuel
We have recently introduced Mybility Fuel, our new online ordering system. The ordering system enables faster and easier processing of new fuel and loyalty cards. Requests for plastic cards via fax, email, or mail will be a part of the past. Errors and unnecessary delays are greatly reduced.
Mybility Fuel offers many other functions in addition to ordering cards, such as;
- Card management
- Credit management
- Insight in cards that will expire shortly
- Blocking cards and requesting duplicates
- Requesting reports
- Tracing orders
Preferences for fuel and shop options, PIN code, and expiration date can be applied to an individual card or per set of cards, within the ordering process. Yoonison is satisfied with the successful transition to Mybility Fuel. Marketing manager Thijs van Alebeek, By automating orders from the beginning, our clients have a better insight in the complete personalization process. Until the last moment, users can apply changes to their order. Flexibility and simplicity are the two cornerstones of this new ordering system.
As of now, over 150 projects are migrated to Mybility Fuel. Soon, all fuel projects will be using the new system.
